Education:
Dr. Matt Wasmund graduated Northwestern College of Chiropractic with a BS in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic in April 1998.

Techniques:

Dr. Wasmund employs the technique most appropriate for the patient’s needs. He is trained in Diversified, Gonstead and Flexion/Distraction. He also focuses on Soft Tissue Injuries, Sports Injury Rehab, and Nutrition.

Background:
Dr. Wasmund grew up in Round Lake, MN. He participated in high school and college football and wrestling. Like many athlete’s Dr. Wasmund experienced his share of sports related injuries.  It was the early success of his chiropractic care that lead him to pursue a career in chiropractic health care. When not at the office Dr. Wasmund likes to take his chances behind the wheel of the family operated 4w Wasmund Racing 410/360 sprint car.

Goals and Philosophy:
Dr. Wasmund would like to become a positive influence by relieving pain and improving the overall health and happiness of every patient. He feels chiropractic care not only relieves symptoms, like pain, but also improves the bodies own healing functions through its effect on the nervous system. Better nervous system function means better overall health. It is his goal to educate patients regarding chiropractic care benefits for a multitude of conditions.  Chiropractic care has been very beneficial to patients with conditions of the feet, knees, wrists, elbows, shoulders, and the jaw. Chiropractic adjustments and related care can be helpful for a number of problems like sinus congestion, asthma, and heartburn to name a few. Dr. Wasmund believes that Chiropractic Health Care is not just the adjustment; it’s about whole body care and life style management.
